Ingredients

  • ½ banana, frozen
  • ½-⅔ c unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • c sugar free or light chai tea concentrate
  • 3 Tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter (or 2 Tbsp almonds)
  • 1 Tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • pinch cinnamon
  • 3 ice cubes, if desired

Instructions

  • Combine smoothie ingredients in a high powered blender. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes, or until smooth. Transfer to a cup and enjoy!
