Hey, I’m glad you’re here! Let me quickly introduce myself!
My name is Jessica and I am the creator behind Stick’s Scratch Kitchen. I am a chemical engineer by day and a blogger, photographer and recipe developer by night (and weekends!). I am also an avid runner and traveler and my husband and I are on a journey to run a half-marathon in every state.
I have always loved cooking and baking, ever since I was a little girl making Toll-house cookie dough or homemade marinara with my mom. That love has only grown stronger as I’ve gotten older and it lead me to create my own blog to share my many creations with you!
We at Stick’s Scratch Kitchen focus on healthy and wholesome recipes that are delicious without all the guilt. We stick to nutrient-dense whole food ingredients, like complex carbohydrates, healthy fats, and lean proteins to help keep you fueled cleanly. Our motto is healthy CAN be delicious!
