- ¾ c blackberries, frozen or fresh
- ½ small banana, frozen
- ½ apple, sliced (honey crisp, fuji, pink lady)
- ½ c plain low-fat Greek or plain yogurt
- 1 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or other milk)
- 2 tsp honey, maple syrup, or date syrup (optional)
Combine the blackberries, banana, apple, Greek yogurt and almond milk in a blender. Blend until smooth, about 1 to 2 minutes. Taste the smoothie and add syrup or honey, if desired, to sweeten. Transfer to a glass and enjoy!
