2-4chipotles in adobo sauce(peppers only, no sauce)
2tsplime juice(about ½ a juicy lime)
1tspapple cider vinegar
½tspgarlic powder
½tsponion powder
½tspdried dill
¼tspsea salt(plus more to taste)
pinchcracked black pepper(plus more to taste)
2Tbspwater to thin(plus more if needed)
Instructions
Combine all the dressing ingredients in a small food processor or blender. Pulse until smooth. Add more water to thin the sauce if it is not the desired consistency. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste, if desired. Serve and enjoy!
