- ½ c almond flour
- ½ c whole wheat pastry flour
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder plant based or whey protein
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp almond butter
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 4 Tbsp vanilla unsweetened almond milk
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 2 Tbsp mini chocolate chips vegan or regular
Combine all ingredients in a stand mixer or bowl and mix until all ingredients are incorporated. Roll dough into roughly 2" balls. The dough will make roughly 10 to 12 "bites" depending on how large of balls you use. If they balls are sagging, refrigerate for 5 to 10 minutes before serving to help them solidify.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
