- 1 c frozen peaches
- ½ medium banana, frozen
- 1 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla or salted caramel protein powder
- 1 Tbsp flax seed (optional)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
In a high powered blender, combine the peaches, banana, almond milk, protein powder, flax seed, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
- If you prefer your smoothies without protein powder, swap for ¼ of Greek of plain yogurt to keep the creaminess and add some protein and add 2 teaspoons of honey or maple syrup for sweetness.
