Ingredients

  • 1 c frozen peaches
  • ½ medium banana, frozen
  • 1 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla or salted caramel protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp flax seed (optional)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a high powered blender, combine the peaches, banana, almond milk, protein powder, flax seed, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute.

Notes

  1. If you prefer your smoothies without protein powder, swap for ¼ of Greek of plain yogurt to keep the creaminess and add some protein and add 2 teaspoons of honey or maple syrup for sweetness.
