Smoky Air Fryer Pork Chops

- 4 thin cut boneless pork chops, trimmed, 1-inch thick
- 1 scant Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp dark brown sugar
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp cracked black pepper
If needed, preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
Trim the fat off of the pork chops. For thick pork chops, cut the pork chop in half or in thirds, depending on the thickness, to have 1-inch thick pork chops. Rub the pork chops on both sides with the olive oil (you may not need to use it all).
Combine the brown sugar, paprika, granulated garlic, Italian seasoning, thyme, and salt and pepper in a small bowl. Rub the seasonings into both sides of the pork chops.
Add the pork chops to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping the pork chops over at 5 minutes. Remove from the air fryer basket and serve.
